Folks, grab a chair, maybe a strong beverage, because we need to talk about The Taco Man. 🌮

It's not just that he changes his mind; it's the speed and timing of the switch that's pure, unadulterated comedy... or drama, depending on your appetite for chaos.

We see it everywhere. One day, he's ready to arm Ukraine with powerful weapons like the long-range Tomahawk missiles. He sounds like he's finally fed up with Moscow. But then, the phone rings. It's Putin. And suddenly, poof! Taco Man is hesitant, concerned about "depleting U.S. stockpiles" and suggesting Ukraine should just stop fighting right at the current "battle line," basically a gift-wrapped concession for Russia. The man's diplomatic compass spins 180 degrees faster than a taco shell at a food truck festival!

It's the same pattern with his old policy shifts:

  • China: One day, they are currency manipulators and trade adversaries. The next, President Xi is a "dear friend," and trade war talk vanishes.

  • Immigration: The "big, beautiful wall" transforms into a more negotiable "fence" or "really nice bushes."

But the Ukraine-Russia tango is where The Taco Man really shines. It's like every time Putin's voice hits his ear,

(In a strong Russian accent - ¨Hey Mr. Taco, what´s wrong? Make sure you fix this, ok? Bye.¨)

... a secret mental switch is flipped, forcing him to start parroting Kremlin talking points about the war.

Which brings us to the million-dollar question, the spiciest hot-take of all: What does Putin have on him, man? Is it just supreme persuasion, or is there something juicier? Does he have a secret recipe for the best taco sauce? Whatever it is, that call is Kryptonite!

So buckle up, folks, because with The Taco Man, you never know what flavor of policy you're going to get next. Will it be hard-shell firmness or soft-shell concession? 🤣😂🤪😂🤣

Thanks for reading. Abrazos.
