THERE´S NO SMOKE WITHOUT FIRE

The rumors around Trump´s criminal conduct and their connection to the truth, can be clearly seen, heard or demonstrated, by the actions and behaviors that his legal team has been involved with, and for which several of them are currently under judicial scrutiny or have already been criminally charged under the law.

To me, it seems incredible, that many people have come to accept that things are normal in America, or that such unlawful acts that have been committed by many of his lawyers, can just be brushed aside under the claim of witch hunt, as Trump loves to assert.

The many legal troubles his legal team has faced throughout his administration and after, demonstrates clearly a pattern rather than a simple one of a kind incident. All of this shows the ethical values that these lawyers have, which in my opinion, reflect those of their main client.

But you don´t have to believe what I am saying. That´s up to you. All I am going to do today is leave here a list of those lawyers that as of today have been criminally convicted and charged.

Rudy Giuliani - Recently charged in an indictment filed in Arizona. Already being criminally charged in Georgia. The former mayor has had his law license suspended and proceedings are underway to determine if he should be fully disbarred.

John Eastman - Eastman, also charged in Arizona. Already indicted in Georgia and having 11 charges filed against him by counsel for the California State Bar stemming from his efforts to challenge the election results with Trump.

Jenna Ellis - Charged in Arizona after previously being indicted in Georgia and taking a plea deal in that case. Pleaded guilty.

Christina Bobb: Charged in Arizona. The indictment cites a text message that ties the lawyer to the “fake elector” scheme in which GOP officials submitted false slates of electors to Congress claiming Trump won their states.

Jeffrey Clark: Former DOJ attorney Clark. Faced charges from the D.C. bar for aiding Trump’s post-election efforts from within the agency. Also criminally charged in Georgia.

Sidney Powell: Faces a disciplinary investigation in Michigan after being sanctioned for her post-election lawsuit in that state. Powell also faces defamation lawsuits from Dominion and Smartmatic, and was criminally charged in Georgia, though she later reached a plea deal. Pleaded guilty.

Kenneth Chesebro: The attorney described as the architect of the Trump campaign’s “fake electors'' scheme. He was criminally charged in Georgia, though he took a plea deal right before his case went to trial. Pleaded guilty.

Michael Cohen: Trump’s longtime attorney served a three-year sentence in prison and home confinement for tax evasion and campaign finance-related crimes, after he orchestrated a series of “hush money” payments.

Alina Habba: Habba, representing Trump in many of his post-presidency legal battles, has been sanctioned multiple times in Trump’s failed lawsuit against Hillary Clinton. Has been ordered to pay with her co-counsel $50,000 in sanctions and $16,274 in attorneys’ fees to one defendant in the case. Habba and Trump were sanctioned in January for nearly $1 million payable to Clinton.

Ray Smith and Robert Cheeley - Indicted as part of the Georgia case against Trump and his allies, after Smith worked on behalf of the Trump campaign in Georgia and Cheeley pushed false claims of election fraud at a legislative hearing in the state.

There is none so blind as he who will not see.

In a later post, I will provide another list of not lawyers, but associates of Trump, who have been or are at the moment under legal scrutiny by the judicial system in the USA.

Thanks for reading. Abrazos.
