You Built the Pedestal!

The Receipts:
Joe Rogan: "A lot of people feel betrayed… he ran on ‘No more wars,’ and then we have one that we can’t even really clearly define why we did it." (April 9, 2026.)
Tucker Carlson: "To mock other people’s faith is to mock the idea of faith itself... you are not God. Only if you think you are, do you talk this way." (April 6, 2026.)
Candace Owens: "We are beyond madness. Congress and the military need to intervene." (April 8, 2026.)
Megyn Kelly: "You can’t just go around pre-emptively bombing any country that doesn’t like you. Can't he just behave like a normal human?" (April 7, 2026.)
Nick Fuentes: "Regime change in Iran is a complete betrayal of what this entire movement is about... What does this administration do other than bring us to war for Israel?" (April 8, 2026)
Alex Jones (InfoWars): "Trump sounded like an unhinged supervillain from a Marvel comic movie... this is a nightmare for America and the world. I have to come out against it. It's just that simple." (April 10, 2026)
The Great Moral Rebrand
For years, the microphones were loud. They told us that greed was just "smart business." They told us that narcissism was "authentic leadership." They told us that the rules and regulations meant to protect the vulnerable were just "shackles" on the exceptional.
They built a pedestal for a man who lived his life on tape, mind you, treating women as objects, cheating at golf as casually as he cheated on taxes, and viewing the world through a lens of absolute, transactional narcissism. They didn't care about the courtrooms, the rapes, the criminal convictions, the porn stars, or the distinct lack of a moral compass. They wanted a "liberator." They wanted a "Strongman" to reclaim a "White Messiah" version of America that views the rest of the world as secondary.
And now, they are shocked that the Strongman is acting like a Strongman?
The Sudden Discovery of "Genocide"
Today, these same people - the Megyn Kellys, the Joe Rogans, the Tuckers - are shouting from the rooftops. They are calling the latest incursions into Iran "unethical," "despicable," and "inhumane." They are suddenly concerned with the destruction of a civilization.
Where is this concern for Gaza? Where is this empathy for Lebanon? The hypocrisy is breathtaking. You cannot spend a decade branding, polishing, and distributing a monster to the masses and then act surprised when it bites. You cannot embrace an economic system that rewards the most unethical behavior as long as the "ROI" is positive, and then cry foul when that same logic is applied to human lives and foreign nations.
That Pedestal is Yours
You built him. You put him on that pedestal because you thought he would only target the people you didn't like. You thought his hate would be your shield. But a man who believes he is God - a belief you and others like you nurtured - doesn't take directions from his creators.
You fueled the "America First" narrative until it hit the wall of reality. You traded fairness for "winning," and now you've realized that in a world of total war, there are no winners, only survivors.
Don't use your microphones to claim the moral high ground now. You traded that ground for ratings and influence years ago. You didn't just witness this "inhumanity", you manufactured the environment that made it inevitable.
Oh, and one more thing;
The Missing Confession
These people are shouting all these things into their microphones, but the truth you won't hear in their podcasts or see in their feeds is an acceptance of their role in all of this. A criticism without a confession is just a pivot.
This is what you should do, from now on, any time you throw out a criticism of this man, have the courage to say the quiet part out loud, yeah the one that has to do with you;
"I made the mistake of supporting this human being. I helped build this. I am responsible for the pedestal he stands on."
Until you have the balls to admit your role in this, your words are empty. If you want us to believe you’ve found even a semblance of morality, start with the truth of your own complicity. Otherwise, you’re just a spectator at a disaster you helped fund.
You built the pedestal. Now, you have to live with who is standing on it.
Thanks for reading. Abrazos.
